Every curated letter ships monthly, no matter which plan you pick. Monthly subscribers get billed and shipped each month, just like a doggy direct debit that fetches itself. Annual folks pay once for the year, but still get a letter every month, just at a better price because you committed harder than a Labrador commits to a tennis ball.

Absolutely! All plans can be purchased as a gift. It's the perfect present for anyone who has ever looked at their dog and thought, "I bet you'd write beautiful letters." During checkout, you'll be able to enter the lucky recipient's details. We promise it'll be more exciting than a squeaky toy on Christmas morning.

We've never let a little thing like the absence of opposable thumbs stop us. Our team of professional dog translators (yes, that's a real thing we just made up) channels your pup's inner voice into every postcard. Each one is unique, heartfelt, and occasionally mentions squirrels. We can't help it and neither can they. Feel free to customize this content with the actual information you want to provide.

The letter will be sent out by the 25th of every month. US members should receive the packet within 3-8 days of mailing. 

Monthly subscribers can cancel whenever they like, no guilt trips, no sad puppy eyes (okay, maybe a few). Annul plans run their course like a dog chasing its tail, but once they're done, you're free as a greyhound at the park. You can also pause your subscription if you need a breather. A percentage of the subscriptions goes directly to dog rescue organizations. That's real money helping real dogs find real homes, not just a feel-good line on a website.
